Make the offer clear
Write down what you sell, who it is for and why someone would choose it. The ad or email and the landing page should describe the same offer. Confirm any price, eligibility or availability details before launch.
Define the audience
Be specific about the customer problem and the countries you serve. For Meta, discuss the audience approach with the campaign team. For email traffic, clarify the publisher audience and the delivery requirements for the order.
Check the destination
Open the landing page on a phone. Read the headline, check the main call to action and complete the enquiry or purchase flow. Make sure the confirmation screen tells the visitor what happens next.
Plan the follow-up
Decide who handles a new enquiry and how it reaches them. Confirm the follow-up messages, booking process and sales handover. If the next step depends on a person, make sure that person knows the campaign is starting.
Agree the measurement
Define a click, lead and sale consistently. Confirm how campaign links and conversions are tracked, and what data you can share for review. Test the journey before drawing conclusions from campaign reports.
Confirm the commercial brief
Agree budget, fees, delivery expectations, approval responsibilities and the review process. Keep platform spend, management fees and email traffic orders distinct so everyone understands what has been commissioned.
